The Sanctuary is a historic, 80-seat gathering space in Montgomery’s Cottage Hill neighborhood — home to concerts, community workshops, classes, and celebrations of all kinds. Operated by the nonprofit Jubilee Community Center, we support artists, culture-bearers, and neighbors through affordable space, creative programs, and welcoming hospitality.

The Sanctuary is operated by Jubilee Community Center (JCC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit developing arts, culture, and community in Central Alabama. Rental income helps fund arts programming, storytelling initiatives, and opportunities for local creatives.
